1. Eligibility:

  • This giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Class VI Pathfinder are not eligible to participate.
  • Entrants must follow the Class VI Pathfinder LinkedIn page and comment on the official giveaway post.

2. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must (a) follow the Class VI Pathfinder LinkedIn page, and (b) leave a comment on the official giveaway post.
  • One entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered.

3. Prizes:

  • Winners will receive either:
    • A physical hardback copy of Harvest, available for shipping within the United States, OR
    • An ebook version of Harvest, which will be sent via email.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries within 3 days following the close of the giveaway period.
  • Winners will be notified via LinkedIn message. If the winner does not respond within 36 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Class VI Pathfinder is not responsible for any communication issues or failure to respond in a timely manner.

5. Shipping Terms:

  • Hardback books will only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
  • Shipping may take 5-7 business days depending on location and availability. Class VI Pathfinder is not responsible for any delays, damages, or loss during transit.
  • Ebook versions will be sent via email in PDF and EPUB format, and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they provide a valid email address.

6. General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Class VI Pathfinder, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from the giveaway or use of the prize.
